You can contact us via our email, or fill in an online request form where you will be able request a call back from us. We aim to get back to people within 24hrs.

Unfortunately we are unable to deal with issues over any social media platforms. Please do speak to us to resolve your issue before posting a negative review; we will do our best to help.

When should I expect my order to be delivered? 

Once payment has been taken from your account we aim to post your order as soon a possible. Most of the time this will be the same day as you order. We deliver parcels by Evri courier, so you can expect your box to take between 2-4 working days to arrive, in some cases this can be slightly longer. 

Orders received before 1200 midday stand a better chance of being sent on that day.in advance to get quicker delivery time. 

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (including Isle of Man and northern Ireland). In future we may be able to offer a delivery service to the Republic of Ireland; we will share updates on Instagram 

How much Is delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders £25 and over. Delivery for orders under £25 is currently £4.95. Subject to changes at any time. 

Can my dog eat the Rabbit ear with fur on as it is? 

yes all our treats & chews are ready to eat straight out the packet. Treats such as rabbit ears are very  beneficial to maintaining your dogs health. As they help to deworm your dog in a natural way. Our Fury rabbit ears arnt a replacement for deworming tablets ect but they help maintain gut health weekly and monthly. 

What events are your attending this year? 

You can come and see us at a range of events these are posted regularly on our social media.

We attend a market the first Saturday of every month in Solihull High St. From 9am till 5pm we would love to see you there if you can make it. If you can’t we are always online for your convenience.
